Health care is the most highly regulated industry in America. It is also the fastest growing segment of our GDP. Watts, Donovan & Tilley, P.A. is positioned in a leadership position with its representation of physicians, nurses, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other health care providers.

Our practice includes representation of providers in commercial disputes, employment and labor, governmental regulation at both the federal and state level, and civil and criminal investigations. Our firm actively participates in peer review. Additionally, we have a substantial practice in the area of medical malpractice.

Janet L. Pulliam, a recent addition to our practice, has spent the last ten years litigating cutting edge issues regarding specialty hospitals, physician ownership and referral issues, and economic credentialing. (See Pulliam's biography for reported cases) Pulliam serves in a leadership position in the American Bar Association Health Law Section, and is recognized among her peers as an expert in the area. Currently, she is Chair of the Arkansas Legislative Committee created to study the access of health insurance to women in Arkansas. The committee will report and make recommendations for the next legislative session.

The breadth of the firm's experience further extends to representation of two pharmaceutical companies in the MDL proceeding regarding Hormone Replacement Drugs.
