Bianca grew up in Monette, Arkansas, a small town, farming community in the northeastern region of the state, where she attended Buffalo Island Central High School and graduated with honors. In high school, Bianca participated in cheerleading, softball, yearbook club, and theatre. Bianca was ASPA Yearbook Editor of the Year and Photographer of the Year. She was highly involved in FBLA and won multiple awards for public speaking.

After high school, Bianca attended Arkansas State University where she majored in History and minored in Spanish. In college, Bianca was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity where she served as Secretary and Vice President. She won the Mary Love Collins Service Award from Chi Omega. She was also involved in yearbook and campus outreach during her time on campus. She was a global student leader and visited Spain. Bianca was a Diamond Doll for the ASU baseball team. She graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts. Bianca then attended the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and graduated in 2018. During her time in law school, she participated in Phi Alpha Delta, Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers, and the Hispanic Law Student Association. Bianca was also a Dean’s Fellow. She was an AmeriCorps JD member. She received top paper in Law Office Management. Prior to joining the firm, Bianca worked as a law clerk for the Honorable H. Vann Smith and as a staff attorney for the Arkansas Division of Workforce Services. She also practiced family law for a period of time.

Bianca joined the firm in 2022. She lives in Little Rock. Bianca travels back to Northeast Arkansas frequently to spend time with her family. She enjoys sampling Little Rock’s dining scene with her friends, shopping local, and exercising. She attends New Life Church. Bianca currently serves at the Secretary for the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. She is also a member of the William Overton Inn of Court.
